It always hangs. Estimated time is not actually the real estimated time. It could be better if you can allow users to contact the shop directly for questions such as order statuses and so on.
It is also better if we can contact the rider with their phone number already because sometimes they are not responsive with the message thru the app. Also, it really helpful if you can have a page for your contact details or even a livechat for an agent.
Also, your map! It is so hard to see where my rider already is. We cant even zoom the map. It almost useless to have the map like that. I just want to share my experience with food panda last mothers day.. The agent cancelled my order thanks to him,but when I ordered again from their app the next day,my order was always been cancelled..
I already uninstall the app.. When I ordered, I expected it to be the food that I want but when it's delivered it was a different food, you didn't contact your customer if the food is not available anymore so maybe if there's another choices I can choose on my own that I want, but still you food panda or the delivery man proceed and make your own decision what food should be order without notifying your customers. I paid for it. I contacted your csr and all the replies where like "sorry for the inconvenient etc.
I feel scammed tho, really disappointing. Guess it will be the last time I will use the app and try another food delivery service that hopefully has much more BETTER customer services provided. There are a few times when I simply cannot place an order. I click the button, then nothing happens. There is no way for users to report this bug, or seek help for it. I understand rewards program create loyalty and we want loyalty in the fierce competition among delivery apps.
All of the above makes me question: Who is making product decisions at Foodpanda? Are they really relying on data and listening to users?
